Every day is a gift. Every gift makes a difference.

Planned Giving is a powerful way to provide major long-term support for the many programs and services offered by Haven Hospice. Leaving a charitable gift to an organization whose cause you believe in is a wonderful way to support its future success. Planned or deferred giving enables you to arrange charitable contributions in ways that maximize your personal objectives while also maximizing your tax benefits.

The Haven Hospice Endowment is a separate account of funds that provides current and future income to Haven Hospice, helping to support unfunded patient care and our community and family support programs and services. The Haven Hospice Board of Directors controls any distribution and/or reinvestment of funds associated with the endowment.

Naming opportunities

Haven Hospice operates four free-standing hospice care centers located throughout North Florida. Each of these care centers have been made possible through generous donations from local individuals, families and businesses. Many of these supporters have named rooms, gardens or even the facility itself in exchange for their gifts. There are still naming opportunities available at each of the care centers.

If you are interested in learning more about naming options at one of the Haven Hospice Care Centers, and for more information, please contact:

Pet therapy brings comfort to Haven Hospice patients
Even the tiniest dog is lionhearted, and the same can be said of Mia, a five-month-old Jack Russell terrier who visits with patients at the Tri-Counties Hospice Care Center. “She has a sense when she’s here of what she has to do,” says her owner. Patients welcome Mia like a gift. “It’s soothing for them and they love to pet her.”
