The Memorial Walkways at our Haven Hospice Care Centers are dedicated to your loved ones. Family members and friends can honor a special person by placing an engraved brick, granite marker or bench along one of our walkways. Your memorial walkway gift creates a permanent legacy for your loved one and helps Haven Hospice continue to provide the many unique programs and services available to our patients and families. 
| Couple’s journey ends together at Haven Hospice Even death could not part this Fort White couple. Neither wanted to live without the other, and although Herbert Tart was critically ill, he was determined to make it to his wife, Corrine, and join her in death. They died Nov. 18 and 19. Their daughter Kathy’s sorrow is eased by her gladness that her parents died together at the Haven Hospice care center, with her father holding her mother’s hand. |
