Located in northwest Gainesville, the 18-bed facility is nestled among century oaks and rolling fields. It is home to what is affectionately known as “Laura’s Garden,” named after an influential and important benefactor of hospice in Gainesville – Laura Carmichael.

| A bed waiting for him in the garden J.M. did not want to die in the hospital. He loved to be outside. When J.M. arrived at E.T. York, he found his bed waiting for him in the garden. Each day he spent time with family and every day, the sun shone brightly through the window, framing a beautiful view of the garden. His family surrounded him day and night, laughed, cried, shared their favorite memories and told J.M. how important he was to them. |
