Haven Hospice Administrator Takes on Additional Role
Chiefland, Florida (Sept. 5, 2014) — Haven Hospice Chiefland Administrator DeAnna Beverly MBA, MSN, RN, LHRM recently accepted the added title and responsibilities of assistant vice president of operations for Haven Hospice. While Beverly will continue to oversee the operations of Haven Hospice in Chiefland and the 16-bed Tri-County Care Center, she will also be overseeing Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) as well as training and staff development efforts for the entire organization. The intent of this collaborative strategy between quality assurance and staff development is to continue to ensure an ongoing readiness of compliance.
Beverly has worked for Haven Hospice since November 2012 and has two decades of experience in medical care and administration. She has five years of academia in the health-sciences area and a wealth of knowledge about the Tri-County area.
“We have been consistently impressed with her leadership in the organization and dedication to the communities we serve,” said Haven Hospice Chief Operating Officer Pam Saucier. “If there is a need, DeAnna is always willing to step up, and I trust that she will bring the same enthusiasm to her additional responsibilities.”
Before starting her career with Haven Hospice, she served as assistant administrator for clinical operations and support services at Seven Rivers Hospital in Crystal River. Beverly rose through the ranks at Seven Rivers Hospital, starting as a cardiac and radiologic interventional technologist in 1994.
