Eighty-three golfers raised more than $9,500 at the Second Annual Haven Hospice Golf Tournament in late March at the Eagle Harbor Golf Club on Fleming Island. First Place Winners Bill Grant, Chris Bell, Gary Goble and Lee Fields were awarded a $75 gift certificate and a free oil change from RPM Automotive. All participants were treated to a delicious dinner by Longhorn Steakhouse and received a raffle ticket for a chance to win a variety of donated prizes such as a bicycle from Regions Bike,
Jacksonville Jaguars tickets, a one-night stay at Renaissance World Golf Village Resort, car repair services courtesy of RPM Automotive, gift baskets and more. Many thanks to our volunteers, Hole-in-One Sponsors, Birdie Sponsors and Eagle Level Sponsors Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Comcast Business, McKesson, and Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery and Funeral Home. A special thanks to our Title Sponsor Orange Park Medical Center. All proceeds will benefit Haven Hospice patients and families in Clay County.
