The Fowlers Bluff Quilters recently donated 15 lap quilts to Haven Hospice. The quilts will be gifted to Haven Hospice patients in the Tri-Counties. The Fowlers Bluff Quilters are just one of several organizations that donate quilts to Haven Hospice to be gifted to patients in the Tri-Counties.

“We are so thankful for this donation from the Fowlers Bluff Quilters. It is great to have these quilts to gift to patients,” said Haven Hospice Volunteer Coordinator Vondla Sullivan.

Volunteers are a vital member of the Haven Care Team.  They provide companionship, support and assistance to patients residing at home, in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and the Tri-County Care Center.  They also reach out to grieving families, help staff the Attic Resale Store, assist with administrative tasks and serve on special event committees.  Haven is proud to have more than 700 community members dedicating their time and talents to patients and families in 18-counties across North Florida.
