| Honoring his beliefs in the sanctuary of our care center Two Bears, a Native American Cherokee, experienced extraordinary care all around him as he passed away at the Tri-Counties Hospice Care Center. First, a red-tailed hawk stayed just outside his window until he passed away. Then a funeral home employee, a fellow Cherokee, made sure that Two Bears was wrapped in his ceremonial blanket and carried his medicine bag on his journey home. |
